Fine White Truffle

Fine White Truffle

The Precious White Truffle (Tuber magnatum Pico), also commercially known as Alba White Truffle, is the rarest and most noble among all truffles, ideal for crowning high-end gastronomic dishes with its invaluable and captivating aroma.

Usage Tips and Recommended Dishes Due to its extreme delicacy, this variety does not tolerate direct cooking heat in any way, as it would destroy its unmistakable and rich aromatic spectrum.

  • The Great Classics: It should be consumed exclusively raw, sliced into ultra-thin slivers (using a truffle slicer) only at the end of preparation over warm, neutral-flavored dishes, such as egg tagliolini tossed with butter, white risottos, or fried eggs.

  • Creative Pairings: Exceptional when freshly sliced to elevate a refined beef tartare, over a sweet cheese fondue, or to add a luxurious touch to a soft and steaming mashed potato.
