What are the delivery times?

We ship throughout Europe via express courier. Orders for non-perishable products are dispatched regularly even on Fridays, while for fresh items, we schedule shipments to avoid weekend storage. Delivery takes place within 24-72 hours.

Will I receive the fresh truffles and the other products together?

Not always. Since fresh products require special packaging and very fast delivery times, jars and fresh truffles may arrive in separate shipments.

How is truffle stored?

Wrap it in paper towels (to be changed daily), place it in an airtight container. Consume it within 3-5 days.

How do you clean a truffle?

Wash it under a thin stream of cold water just before serving, gently brush away any dirt, and pat it dry with paper towels.

How do returns and the right of withdrawal work?

If you experience any issues or if the package arrives damaged, contact us immediately and send us some photos: we will find an immediate solution
